• Google Calendar: Scheduling consultation calls (only when you choose to book)
• Google Workspace: Email communication via scalemyhotel@gmail.com

4. Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase database infrastructure with active Row Level Security (RLS) policies. All data is encrypted during transit using TLS/HTTPS protocols. We follow industry-standard security practices and limit access to authorized personnel only.

5. Cookies & Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to monitor page metrics and visitor traffic. This is a privacy-first, cookie-less tracking beacon that:

• Does not collect personal identifiers
• Does not use cookies or browser fingerprinting
• Does not track users across other domains
• Is GDPR-compliant by design

We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any third-party advertising trackers on our website.

6. Data Retention

We retain your submitted business and contact information for as long as it is needed to provide our services or fulfill the purpose for which it was collected. If you request a free audit, your data is retained to deliver the audit and for potential follow-up consultation. You can request deletion at any time (see below).
