Use a desktop or tablet for wide financial entry. A phone is better suited to reading the start guide and selected summary columns.

Extract the download, save your own copy and open it in a supported desktop Excel installation with automatic calculation enabled. No macros are required.
Supplied release testing checked opening and core calculations in Excel 16.0. Full editing, saving and printing in licensed Excel have not yet been tested.
Google Sheets
Upload the XLSX to your own Google Drive, open it with Google Sheets and choose File → Save as Google Sheets. Keep that working copy private.
Supplied testing checked core calculations after native conversion. Navigation and presentation can change; use the numbered tabs if links do not import. Full browser and mobile editing usability remains unverified.
Use the supplied record ranges. They include 500 enquiries, 1,000 OTA payouts and 500 actions. Extending beyond preformatted rows requires formula maintenance. Use one currency and consistent financial bases; the currency label does not convert amounts.

Questions before you buy
- What exactly is this workbook?
- It is a downloadable commercial review workbook for one accommodation property at a time. You enter property records, review calculated checks and exceptions, and record decisions and assigned actions. It includes guidance and a separate fictional example.
- Do I need advanced spreadsheet skills?
- You need to be comfortable entering data, choosing dropdown values and filtering records. The start guide distinguishes input cells from calculated outputs. No macros or Apps Script are required for the core calculations; maintaining formulas or extending the supplied record ranges needs spreadsheet knowledge.
- Does it work in Google Sheets?
- The package includes an XLSX file and instructions to upload it to your own Drive and save it as a native Google Sheet. Supplied release testing checked core calculations in native Sheets and Excel. Conversion can change navigation and presentation; use the numbered tabs if imported links are unavailable. It does not include a public Google Sheets template link.
- Does it connect to my PMS, OTAs or WhatsApp?
- No. You enter or paste records and keep source evidence in your authorised operating systems. The workbook calculates checks and suggests corrections. It does not synchronise live data, publish rates, send messages or create actions automatically.
- Can I use it on my phone?
- A phone is useful for reading the start guide and the first Command Centre columns. Use desktop Excel or Google Sheets on a desktop or tablet for the wider financial worksheets. Full mobile editing and spreadsheet print usability have not been verified in the supplied release.
- Does buying it include consulting or future updates?
- The product is a self-service digital download. Any implementation help and future-update entitlement must be confirmed in the terms supplied with your order. Scale My Hotel services can be discussed separately.
- What are the usage and refund terms?
- All sales are final on digital downloads. Because this workbook is delivered immediately as an instant digital download upon completed Payhip checkout, purchases are non-refundable.
