No. Managed retainers operate on rolling 30-day commitments with 30 days written notice. One-time setup projects (Rocket Launch, STR Launch, Website Design) are billed against milestone deliverables.

No. Scale My Hotel is strictly a digital marketing, revenue management, and distribution agency. On-ground operations such as cleaning, key exchange, physical property maintenance, and linen supply remain 100% the responsibility of the owner or on-site staff.

Q: How does the Managed Revenue Management pricing scale?

The baseline monthly fee of ₹10,000 (India) / AED 500 (UAE) / USD $200 (International) covers managed rate reviews and adjustments across up to 5 unique room categories or bookable units on up to 5 selected OTAs and your direct booking channel. Beyond the first 5 units, each additional managed category/unit is billed at ₹600 / AED 28 / USD $8 per selected OTA per month.

Yes. Q: How do international clients pay and how are taxes / currencies handled?

For clients operating properties in the USA, UAE, and international markets, commercial proposals and invoices are issued in USD or AED and can be paid via international bank wire or major credit card. Under Indian tax regulations, services exported to overseas entities with payments received in convertible foreign currency are treated as zero-rated export of services (0% Indian GST). Software subscriptions and media spend are paid directly by you in your local currency.
