Q: How much does QuickStart cost?

QuickStart requires a one-time onboarding setup fee of ₹5,000 / AED 250 / USD $100 (which includes onboarding your first Unique Listing, property information setup, photo galleries, and booking flow connection) plus an ongoing monthly platform subscription. The recurring platform subscription is billed quarterly or yearly. Additional Unique Listings onboarded by our team are ₹2,800 / AED 190 / USD $60 one-time each.

Q: How is the recurring platform subscription calculated?

The transparent platform subscription consists of a base account component (₹300 / AED 20 / $7 per month) plus property components: ₹300 / AED 20 / $7 per month for a vacation rental (1 unit included) or ₹1,000 / AED 50 / $20 per month for a resort/aparthotel (up to 15 units included). Additional vacation rental units are ₹50–₹100/month each (₹100 for extra villas/apartments, ₹50 for extra rooms/cottages), and extra resort units above 15 are ₹50/month each. Subscriptions are billed quarterly (monthly equivalent × 3) or annually (monthly equivalent × 12).

Q: Does QuickStart include custom web design?

No. QuickStart uses a standardized, mobile-responsive layout structure configured with your brand colors, logo, property imagery, and content. It does not include bespoke UX wireframing or tailored page templates. If your property requires dedicated custom styling and specialized room sub-pages, our custom Launch or Growth packages are recommended.

Q: Is a custom domain included?

No. For QuickStart websites, the domain is purchased and owned directly by the client. We provide complete DNS guidance and assist you in connecting your custom domain during the onboarding process.

Q: Who handles property onboarding?

Scale My Hotel manages your end-to-end onboarding. We gather your property information, photos, amenities, rate details, and room descriptions, configure the platform, connect your booking pathway, and guide you through final review.

Q: Can I upgrade to a custom website later?

Yes. Properties frequently launch on QuickStart to quickly capture direct bookings, then transition to our custom Launch or Growth packages as their operational scale and marketing budgets expand. Your domain name and branding are fully preserved during the upgrade.

No. QuickStart provides a guest-facing property website with direct booking pathways.
